Why is it that we believe negative things easily rather than God’s word? Is it perhaps because the devil provides a back door to the spiritual realm? It’s so much easier to believe that hell is real but we refuse to believe that Heaven is.

So why is it? Look, God does not show His face because He wants YOU to seek it. He wants to actually have a relationship with you. The devil wants to only see you suffer and finds tremendous joy in it. But God wants to help you grow from your suffering. That’s the truth.

Go to scripture, go to His promises. Jesus walked on the same ground, He was one of us – He too could feel the flesh trying to take control. He died because WE crucified HIM and yet we blame Him for our own consequences. God sent His only Son to this world to help us. But again, because we were so selfish, we still refused to believe – even when He came to earth!

The Bible is not some book, it’s a guide that you need to apply to your life. It’s not about rules, however, about how you can strengthen your relationship with Him. He wants to know you.

Life is so hard, no denying that. But just sit and realize what ground you are actually standing on. Indeed, it is hard with so many influences, so many perspectives.

He already accepted you long before you were born so don’t ever think that God will not love you because of who you are. He made you, He designed you, He knew everything you did and everything you are going to do. Don’t you think He learned how to love you before all of it took place alreafy?

Free will is a funny thing. He is giving you the choice to follow the world or come home. No matter what you do, He will always have a place for you. There is a seat with your name on it and He is hoping you can sit on it one day – right next to Him.

It’s so hard trying to get peace and quiet in a world that is so loud. Trying to follow the path by which you want to live by forgetting that God already created a path that is so much more beautiful, and that’s a promise He made. It is definitely not the easier road but it’s much more beautiful. He still and will forever stand by His word.

A reminder? This is a fallen world.

Just do one thing for me, okay? Just be careful – remember, His door is always open.

“Be still, and know that I am God”
Psalm 46:10
